λ A rosewood and brass mounted writing table, the top with a three-quarter pierced brass gallery and inset with gilt tooled red leather, above a pair of frieze drawers inlaid with brass marquetry, on lyre shape ends united by a turned stretcher, on brass lion's paw sabot and castors, early 19th century and later adapted, 75.4cm high, 127cm wide, 70.8cm deep.
