A PAIR OF JAPANESE EMBROIDERED PANELS
MEIJI PERIOD, LATE 19TH CENTURY
Both intricately worked in coloured silks, depicting buildings in landscapes, one with a river meandering to the centre and with a small temple visible on the side, the other with thatched huts by a stream, both with original frames and glazed, both 45cm x 73.5cm. (2)
