A CHINESE RED-GROUND EMBROIDERED SILK 'DRAGON' ROBE
LATE QING DYNASTY
Decorated with a large confronting dragon in pursuit of a flaming pearl, with Liu Hai and his three-legged toad in boats below, the reverse with a further dragon amidst floral sprays, 172cm across, 100cm long.
