Two panels of Chinese calligraphy, ink on paper, inscribed and signed Wang Guowei, dedicated to Suisheng, with artist's seals, 135cm x 32.5cm. (2)
Wang Guowei (1877-1927), originally from Zhejiang province, was a famous scholar and one of the pioneers of introducing Western philosophy and art history to China during the Republic Period.
