A LARGE CHINESE BLACK GLAZED VASE
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The ovoid body with a gently spreading foot and surmounted by a tall waisted neck which flares towards the rim, decorated with a metallic black glaze speckled with gold flecks to the exterior, the interior and base glazed white, with the remains of an old paper label to the base, 57.7cm.
