A George III silver waiter,
by John Carter, London 1772,
circular form, gadroon border, the centre with an armorial, on three claw and ball feet, with a scratch weight '12-5', diameter 20cm, approx. weight 11.9oz.
The arms are that of Crastor/Craster/Craister (Northumberland) impaling Witherdon or Cotton.
