A George III silver purse vinaigrette,
by John Shaw, Birmingham 1819,
rectangular form, engraved wriggle-work decoration, foliate scroll borders, the front with a simulated strap, and with a shield cartouche, initialled, the interior with a pierced and engraved foliate scroll grille, length 2.8cm, approx. weight 0.5oz.
