A James I West Country silver-gilt Barnstaple Decorated Seal-top spoon,
by John Quick, Barnstaple circa 1620,
fig-shaped bowl, engraved decoration, the faceted tapering stem with engraved decoration and engraved 'Honour God', the seal-top prick-dot initialled 'C.H', length 17.5cm, approx. weight 1.9oz.
