linear carved, the bottom stretchers with carved groups of two seated figures; men holding a bowl, men reading a book, two women with their right hand on their head, and a male and female holding an object together over a bowl, the stretchers above with three frogs and a fish, with a hide covered seat, with a metal plaque inscribed CARVED BY CHAMUNDENDA NTAMBUS SNR : CHIEF KANONGESHA MWINILUNGA N.RHOD : 1945,
