Ottoman Empire: Sultan's Medal for Egypt 1801, 4th class, gold, 36mm, fitted with a contemporary suspension brooch engraved with a sphinx and 'EGYPT', original loop removed and suspension fixed to the top rim, otherwise good very fine.
