A 19th century Prussian naval cutlass, blade 23.25 in., by Lunenschloss and of so-called 'bolo' form with forward curving edge, spine stamped with crowned 'FW' over '61'; sheet steel guard marked '1096', ribbed grip; corresponding steel mounted leather scabbard stamped with matching serial number.
