Description

An Indian shirt of mail and lamellar armour, constructed of alternating rows of welded and riveted links, the back incorporating three vertical rows of overlapping rectangular plates, further larger plates protecting the flanks, the front set with two pairs of large curved plates on each side of the central opening, each fitted with looped brackets for fastening straps, full length sleeves, hem slitted at rear.
