EARLY 19TH CENTURY AND LATER

comprising: three red examples one inscribed 'Keepsake' and fitted for needles, one containing a religious book 'Daily Food for Christians', inscribed in pencil 'Anne Warburton, Littleborough Feb. 21st 1831', the last inscribed in gilt 'Private Prayer Evening' containing a prayer book published in 1853, together with two maroon examples, one inscribed 'Romans' containing 'The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Romans 1833', with printed trade label for 'T.D. Clark, Bookseller and Stationer, 17 St. Michaels Hill, Bristol', the other 'Needles' containing a pouch (5)
