A FOOT'S PATENT LEATHER UPHOLSTERED METAMORPHIC WING ARMCHAIR
LATE VICTORIAN, C.1900
with button upholstered and brass studded green leather, with an adjustable back, with lockable swivel-hinged arm supports, above a retractable opposing double hinged adjustable ratcheted leg rest, on castors, with a hinged rest, on large brass spoke castors stamped 'Foot's Regd', the brass plaque inscribed: 'Foot's Patent Makers J. Foot & Son Ltd., 171 New Bond Street, W.'
