Description
A LARGE CHINESE POTTERY MODEL OF A HORSE
TANG DYNASTY
The horse depicted standing proud on three legs as it raises its front right leg dramatically, with its mouth agape and nostrils flaring, its strong body defined with its muscles, with traces of black and red pigment to the surface, its tail removable, 80cm. (2)
Together with a copy of the Oxford Authentication Thermoluminescence Analysis Report, sample no.C101a57, dated 21st January 2001.
