A CHINESE VENEERED BAMBOO BRUSHPOT AND A WOOD INCENSE BURNER
QING DYNASTY
The bitong with a cylindrical body, decorated in low relief with buildings and figures dispersed throughout a mountainous river landscape, inscribed with calligraphy and a signature reading Xiao Song, with hardwood mounts to the foot and rim, the incense burner naturalistically formed, carved in openwork with three legs and two upright handles, 11.8cm and 13cm.
