A CHINESE SPINACH-GREEN AND WHITE JADE CIRCULAR 'DRAGON' BOX AND COVER
QING DYNASTY OR LATER
The cover inset with a circular openwork plaque enclosing a confronting dragon in pursuit of a jewel amidst clouds, the roundel surrounded by stylised archaistic motifs, the box similarly carved, with a four character mark reading Qianlong yu wan heightened in gilt to the base, 17.8cm. (2)
