Description

A CHINESE AGATE CARVING OF A SQUIRREL AND GRAPES

QING DYNASTY

Formed as a bunch of grapes carved in a red section of the stone, with a small white squirrel clambering over the fruits, all resting upon a large dark leaf incised with details of the veins, 6.5cm.
