A CHINESE BLANC DE CHINE 'PEONY' SAUCER DISH

LATE MING DYNASTY

Incised to the centre with a peony bloom growing from a leafy branch, decorated in a creamy white glaze, raised on a short foot, the base with a paper label for Marchant 2014 Exhibition of Blanc de Chine, no.107, 24.3cm.

Provenance: from a French private collection.
