A LARGE KOREAN BLUE AND WHITE DRAGON VASE
JOSEON DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY
The tall baluster-shaped body decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with two writhing dragons, the beasts flying amongst scrolling clouds, wispy whorls and bullocho fungi, their jaws open and baring their fangs, the rim, shoulder and foot with two concentric rings, 53cm.
