A PAIR OF UNUSUAL JAPANESE IMARI VASES
MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH CENTURY
Of tall conical shape, both painted with continuous designs of many birds flying and perched amongst trees and bamboo shoots in a luxuriant garden, with a band of auspicious designs above the foot and lappets beneath the rim, 25.5cm. (2)
