Description
A George IV silver meat dish cover,
by Robert Garrard, London 1827,
shaped domed oblong form, the finial modelled as a pumpkin, engraved with two crests, length 27.5cm, approx. weight 26oz.
The crests are that of Haig and Price. David Haig of Glenagil (1796-1849). He married Elizabeth Price (1810-1833) on 17th March 1828.
