A large George II silver Hanoverian pattern straining spoon,
by John Gibbons, London 1734,
the oval bowl pierced with mullets and scroll decoration, the reverse of the terminal engraved with an armorial in a lozenge, length 37.4cm, approx. weight 7.3oz.
