Description
A late 17th century silver-mounted horn beaker,
unmarked circa 1697,
tapering circular form, the silver mount with an engraved border and inscribed 'Francis Russel Duke of Bedford Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire 1697', the front with an oval cartouche later engraved with arms of The Duke of Bedford, height 9cm.
