A rare William III silver bougie box,
by Daniel Garnier, London 1697,
cylindrical form, reeded scroll handle, the hinged cover with a sliding-wick holder and cutter, the front with a monogram below an Baron's coronet, the underside with a scratch weight, height 6.5cm, approx. weight 4oz.
