A rare Liverpool delftware ship bowl c.1750-60, finely painted to the interior with a three-masted British frigate showing sixteen cannon in two rows, the exterior with a Chinese pagoda landscape, 23.3cm dia.
The majority of ships depicted on delftware relate to trading and a warship of this type is unusual.
