An unusual English porcelain plate late 18th/early 19th century, painted in red and gilt with a Doccia pattern of a cockerel beneath a fringed tree, 23.7cm.
Provenance: a private collection in Sussex.
It is likely that this plate was made a replacement for a Doccia service.
