A Bristol teapot and cover c.1775-80, the squat barrel-shaped body painted in polychrome enamels with sprays of fuchsia and rose amid small scattered sprigs, the shoulder with a band of moulded basketwork, with short moulded spout and angular handle, yellow X 18 mark to the underside, a little chipping to the spout, 21.5cm across.
