A late 19th century French ormolu wine ewer, decorated with a satyr, a goat mask and swags of fruiting vines, 17.5in (44.5cm) h. After an initial design by Sigisbert-Franois Michel (1728-1811) and later by John Flaxman Senior (1726-95) for Wedgwood.
