the hinged lid with initials 'R. M. C.', with a fall front revealing a green leather lined interior fitted with silver handled brushes and silver topped bottles, with a slide-out vanity section with a razor, comb, scissors, a mirror and with further bottles, a shaving brush and utensils, the silver hallmarked for London 1916
