POSSIBLY TUNBRIDGE WARE, C.1800-15
naively painted with windows and doors, the hinged roof revealing a lift-out tray, originally with divisions, with a bone tape measure and a thimble, above a pink paper lined compartment, the base with a conforming drawer with six divisions for spools
