A Charles II silver gilt scent flask, of pilgrim bottle form with screw-on cap and suspension chain, with detachable cork, engraved with a whimsical figure playing a musical instrument to one side and a dog's mask to the other amongst scrolling leaf decoration and diamond pattern, on short fluted oval foot, 5.5cm high
