A rare early Martin Brothers stoneware vase by Robert Wallace Martin, dated 1874, made at Pomona House, shouldered form incised with stiff leaf foliage, two raised pierced balls incised RWM, the pierced neck with trellis design, glazed brown, blue and green R W Martin Pomona House, Fulham, 1-74, stress hairline to base, 17cm. high
