A Martin Brothers stoneware vesta holder by Robert Wallace Martin, dated 1875, diamond shaped modelled in relief with scrolling foliage, the base of the vesta with a grotesque mask, in brown on a buff ground, incised R W Martin Southall 4-1875, restored back plate, 15cm. high
