Description
Two Chelsea dishes c.1755-58, one moulded in the Meissen Gotzkowsky manner with a central garland of flowers to the well, the panelled rims with moulded flower sprays between finely painted single sprigs, the other modelled as a large cabbage leaf, painted with a small flower spray over puce vein detailing, the rim edged in green, red anchor marks, 23.5cm max. (2)
