Description
A large and rare Worcester coffee cup c.1760, painted with the Solid Fence Pavilion pattern, a zigzag fence leading to a tall pavilion beneath a gnarled pine tree, the interior with a narrow trellis border, open crescent mark, 7.3cm.
Provenance: a private collection in Wiltshire. Paper label for the Zorensky Collection, No. Y57.
