Edged weapons: a British Army 1899 pattern gymnasia sword, slender blade 33 in., with inspection stamps and marked for Wilkinsons, rectangular button tip, large pierced sheet steel guard, back strap with chequering for the thumb, shagreen grip; a mediaeval style broad sword, double edged blade 41.5 in., cross hilt with ball terminals, wooden hand-and-a-half grip, fishtail pommel, 19th or 20th century; an Indian sword (firangi), broad straight blade mated to a hilt of 'Hindu basket' type; and two reproduction left-hand daggers.
