λA Victorian silver lancet case,
by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1845,
tapering rectangular form, engraved foliate scroll decoration, initialled 'E.L.F', the interior with four spaces for lancets and with a tortoiseshell and mother-of-pearl lancet, one blades stamped 'Savigny and Co.' length 6cm, approx. weight 0.7oz.
