A pair of George III silver sugar casters,

by Sebastian and James Crespell, London 1762,

in the earlier Queen Anne manner, lighthouse form, gadroon borders, bayonet fitting pierced covers with fluted knop finials, on a spread gadroon foot, engraved with a crest, height 19cm, approx. weight 18.5oz. (2)

The crest is that of Barry (various branches in Ireland).
