A presentation silver salver,
by Carrington and Co., London 1933,
circular form, gadroon border, on three hoof feet, the centre engraved with the badge of the 4th Queen's Own Hussars and presented to J.E. Armstrong Esq. by his Brother Officers on his Marriage 25 November 1935, diameter 36.5cm, approx. weight 44.5oz.
Provenance: from the family collections of Captain George Lionel Jameson OBE (1880-1961), Colonel Jocelyn Elliott Armstrong (1903-2001), and their descendants.
