A Victorian parcel-gilt silver tazza,
by Frederick Elkington, Birmingham 1870, also marked with a registration lozenge,
in the Cellini manner, circular form, with masks and classical maidens, on a raised circular foot with foliate decoration on a matted background, the underside engraved 'Elkington and Co. Silversmiths, Regent Street, London', diameter 24.8cm, height 12cm, approx. weight 29oz.
