depicting 'A Plan of Kites Nest Farm in the Parish of Ore in the County of Sussex', with the meadows and fields delineated and listed 'The Contents from Stem to Stem' with individual and total acreages, with neighbouring lands listed and titled 'Late Mrs Beals Land', 'Mr Christopher Thorpes Land', 'Edward Milward Esquire DQ' and various foothpaths, including 'Lane to fighting cocks', in a glazed bird's eye maple frame
