A Belle Époque diamond pendant brooch, of openwork arched garland design, suspending an articulated old round brilliant-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.70cts, suspending a further old round brilliant-cut diamond terminal, the reverse applied with two plaques engraved with Roman numerals, in platinum and yellow gold, 4.2cm high, with diamond-set suspension loop and chain necklace
