A CHINESE PALE CELADON JADE 'FROG AND LOTUS' PENDANT
17TH/18TH CENTURY
Carved as a frog seated upon a lotus leaf surrounded by seed pods, the leaf finely detailed with its veins, the stone of an even tone with some small russet markings, 4.5cm.
Provenance: from an English private collection; purchased from Marchant on 7th October 1997.
