A CHINESE INSCRIBED PEWTER-ENCASED YIXING OVOID TEAPOT AND COVER
QING DYNASTY
One side with calligraphy reading ying heng qiu shui jing, xiang san wu feng qing, hua yan san ren, the reverse inscribed qing quan peng huo huo, fang fu ke ren xin, wuzi ji ri, xiao shan, with a curved spout and silver wire inlaid wood loop handle, dated the wuzi year corresponding to 1828, the cover surmounted by a jade finial, with a mark reading Peng Nian to the interior, 15.5cm.
