A CHINESE PEACHBLOOM GLAZED BEEHIVE-SHAPED WATERPOT, TAIBAIZUN

LATE QING DYNASTY

The domed body rising to a short waisted neck, decorated to the exterior with a mottled peach-coloured glaze, the interior and base glazed white, with a six character Kangxi reign mark in underglaze blue to the base, 13.1cm.

Provenance: from an English private collection, West Yorkshire, formed in the 1970s and 1980s.
