MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH CENTURY
The conical body with angular handles and raised on three short feet, decorated with a continuous scene of many people at leisure under flowering prunus trees, with thatched pavilions in a mountainous river landscape in the background; a band of floral designs and brocade patterns above the foot and to the neck, 12.8cm.
