A JAPANESE INLAID BRONZE VASE BY JOMI EISUKE II (1839-1899)
MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH CENTURY
Of tall baluster shape, the body decorated with a continuous design of many pines on the slope of a hill and with a full moon emerging from behind them, the trees rendered in shakudo inlays in low relief and the celestial body in silver, all on the mottled russet-brown ground, the base with a seal for Jomi sei, 25cm.
