MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH CENTURY
The elderly man depicted standing, wearing a large straw hat and a woven basket at his hip, one hand raised and holding a fish in the other, raised on a shaped base signed Seiya chu for Genryusai Seiya, 24cm.
