TWO LARGE CHINESE WOOD FIGURES

19TH/20TH CENTURY

The larger figure carved as Guanyin standing upon a dragon-carp holding a shell in her right hand, the smaller figure depicting Shoulao holding a peach and his staff, his robes, shoes and the gourd hanging from his staff all decorated in silver wire with cranes, auspicious emblems and geometric designs, 72.5cm and 53cm. (2)
